We will abide by your wishes, retaining information only as long as you feel willing. You can unsubscribe at any time. Please notify us at info@thebloomrooms.co.uk. Confirmation will be sent that this has taken place. Once your contract with The Bloom Room comes to an end, we will retain your information for up to 6-months, upon which time you can be assured it will no longer be retained.
We are subject to a common law duty of confidentiality. However, there are circumstances where we will share relevant health and care information. These are where:
· you’ve provided us with your consent (we have taken it as implied to provide you with care, or you have given it explicitly for other uses);
